Atom Compression Wear UK provides fast UK and Europe shipping
Normally all orders received will be processed and shipped the following day, Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays & Company official Holiday Closure), unless the item shipping date is notified differently on product detail page, or at checkout. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays or during Official Company Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day, although during busy times (like the run up to Christmas) our warehouse is busy picking and packing orders over the weekends too. During certain peak times such as when a marketing campaign is running, your order may take longer to ship out.
Please note shapewear, compression wear and baby wear orders take an additional 7 days to process.
All postage costs will be displayed at check-out.
Tracking details, where available from the courier, will be displayed in your account. In certain areas, PO box addresses may not be serviced by a courier.
Any undelivered orders must be reported to us within 10 working days, after this we are unable to rectify as it becomes much harder to trace and retrieve an item lost in the mailing system.
If we are unable to deliver to a particular region due to local circumstances, we will cancel your order and refund your money in full.
We reserve the right not to ship an order for any reason which we deem that the shipment is not in the interest of the company. In any such instance you will be notified immediately and fully refunded.
We ship to pretty much everywhere in the UK and Europe where Royal Mail can deliver to. For international shipments Royal Mail may subcontract to the country's national couriers. However always you have the best service providers throughout the logistics chain.
Customs and Duty
All our overseas parcels to personal customers are clearly marked as personal purchases, please check your countries allowances for duty free shipments.
The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations set by that country. Different countries have different policies and these goods may be subject to import duties and tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the customers’ responsibility.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amounts charged.
Extra Delivery Information
Please note, any extra delivery information given during the checkout process will be included on the delivery address label; however, we are unable to guarantee that the Courier Service will be able to follow these instructions, and you should not rely on this. For any pertinent matter which may affect your ability to receive a shipment, please contact us with your order number as soon as you place the order and we will try and accommodate manually or we will advise you of any potential issues.
